They use the trunks to hoist their bee hives because the tree is not attractive to termites, it will not be eaten up hence will stand out for good adequate time. Researchers have greatly emphasized on the use of the tree to those who want to start bee keeping and want good quality honey that is not contaminated.

Paulownia trees come in various types due to the way they easily adjust to the climate. Despite the common uses of trees, this specie is unique and hence has been embraced in many regions. Carpenters have an easy time while doing their furniture and are assured of a ready market for their products.
