An Overview Of The Failure To Launch Syndrome

By Edward Green

Life in the childhood stages is fun, but the kids come to realize this after they are grown and cannot afford to sleep for half a day or play from morning to evening. Transitioning to adulthood is the toughest thing in the life of any individual. Many young men and women are facing internal crisis trying to gain balance in the world filled with responsibilities; hence, suffering from failure to launch syndrome.

Mental conditions are skyrocketing at alarming rates. Today, extraordinary actions are making the headlines; thus, forcing undergraduates to take multiple jobs while still in school, struggle to graduate, and secure prominent jobs. The chain of problems continues, because the society expects them to establish multi-million dollar mansions a few years after starting on the careers.

Adulthood is about fulfilling multiple responsibilities every day and there is no excuse for failure. The people around you will focus more on the disasters and to intake the harsh words gracefully, you need a strong heart. Many will pull you down from all dimensions and giving in to the pull is the worst kind of injustice you can do to yourself. Seek knowledge on how you can boost your levels of confidence and the strength will impact on your immunity to external talks.

There are many who are unable to play because of the phobia that they might deliver poor results. If you look at the fiascos from a different perspective, they are the pivots of growth, because they teach you what you should not touch. Positive thoughts are excellent for motivation, but if you live in denial of awful occurrences, you are likely to suffer from paralysis. Thus, learn to maintain a neutral mindset.

Multitudes of community members are unable to notice the first stages of the syndrome. Even though it is not medically official, it has become a common hindrance against growth. The victims will continually deflect from their roles, blame others for their mistakes, and demonstrate lack of ethics in their casual as well as professional lives. Additionally, they only act under force and only pursue their goals if pushed.

The exposure to social media contributes greatly to the fear. Internet users can access multiple sources of information from all corners of the world; thus, instilling more fear than knowledge. Beyond this, broadcasting centers concentrate more on the failures of adulthood than the accomplishments; thus, adding to the phobia.

How you bring up the child dictates the nature of their development to adulthood. Many are unable to handle the pressure due to lack of past exposure and such are the ones who give up their stubborn kids for adoption or worse still abandon them along the streets. If you are a parent, nurture the kid to be a responsible person by showing them the real hardships of life and encouraging them to make decisions on their own.

Happiness is in everything that you interact with and because you must solve the problems, you will gain satisfaction in your actions and will be the happiest person in the face of the universe. The ability to believe that you are equal to everyone will encounter the disappointments.
