Eating Raw Fruits And Vegetables For Life

If you have been watching Dr. Oz lately, you may have noticed that his shows focus a lot of healthy eating. How important is it to live a healthy eating lifestyle? Are you prepared to change your eating habits in order to eat healthy green vegetables and fruit? When I first transitioned into a raw food diet, I was not happy. The transition between eating whatever you feel like it to green vegetables makes all of the difference. You can easily learn more about staying healthy when you try hard. If you think about it, you can easily transition into a healthy living situation.

If you look at a historical place like the Hippocrates Health Institute, you will find that they teach their guests how to eat properly. They believe that eating sunflower, pea and buckwheat sprouts will strengthen your immune system. It will help you to lose weight and create stronger blood. What do you personally believe? Many raw foodists claim that their bodies go through a rapid cleanse when they decide to eat only healthy fruits and vegetables. Many raw foodists claim that we were never meant to eat meats and dairy products.

I have tried the raw food diet myself. I can honestly say that it was the best diet that I was ever one. My blood work came back perfect. I lost around 20 pounds in only 3 weeks. I did not do any strenuous exercise or activities. I sat on my sofa most of the time and watched television. However, I found that eating healthy fruits and vegetables actually made me lose weight. I would encourage anyone to try a raw food diet.

The hardest part about being on a raw food diet is the limitation of the food that you can eat. You cannot eat bread, pasta, meats or drink milk. Dairy is absolutely out of the question. You will drink a lot of wheat grass juice, green smoothies and healthy green vegetables. I found that the diet works best when you have a lot of activities to do. If you are a couch potato, this diet will be extremely hard because you are used to having your couch snacks. You cannot have greasy potato chips and salty pretzels. It is important to only eat foods that are raw.

Vegetable juice often helps people to prolong their life. It is great for the skin and causes your cells to react very excited to it. Many raw foodists say that the transition is often hard for most people. The main reason is because we live in a culture that is surrounded by unhealthy foods. They are literally all around us. It is even hard to find restaurants that serve raw food. Most people in the world today are not into the raw food lifestyles. Hopefully, the future will change that.
