So instead of feeling that one is not coping and take to other resorts such as drugs, medicine or even alcohol to find relief. It is best not to and instead seeking out the reasons as to why. This is a path of discovery that many for various reasons embark on in life whether it is a change of diet or just wanting to know the truth of the matter.
