You can make use of other materials to add drama or creativity to it such as vases of different sizes. Be resourceful as you can purchase urns with special engravings. Customize it yourself the design will look special, unique, and utterly nice.

For the costs, it would vary depending on the availability of the selected flowers. If the flower is a seasonal one and it is not that available or hard to find in your locality, this would mean an additional charge. So, expect extra budget for flowers or grasses that you wish to have during the burial ceremony and wake services.

If the flower that you have wanted is not available, just look for a substitute. Substitutes are good and they can be practical. When the flower is available, the price will not be that expensive compared when it's rare at the moment. Ask for advice from a floral expert or designer so that you will know the perfect flower substitute.

Make sure that you have put extra emphasis on the delivery date. Flowers must arrive on time before the guests comes in. Late deliveries are perfectly a no-no situation and this could ruin the ambiance of the event.

With the decors you've prepared, the person you've lost will always be remembered. Make a timetable and always have someone for additional assistance in finishing the undertaking.
