Create The Black Binder

By Evan Sanders

This lesson isn't as sinister as it sounds...

But it's imperative if you want to be successful.

You ever heard the phrase repetition is the mother of all skill?

As an athlete I heard this over and over again. You practice and practice to make everything second nature. Of course you're not going to be good at everything you do right off the bat, but in time you can turn something you are bad at into something you are great at.

But that's part of the path. That's part of the journey you have to travel.

So in time if you really put some effort towards manifesting some new things in your life, what was once difficult now becomes incredibly familiar to you. It becomes muscle memory and you can do the task more easily every single time. But it's important you don't stop there.

So what is The Black Binder?

First off, it doesn't really have to be black. Secondly, it's a binder that you create for yourself to look through every single morning to motivate yourself to chase your dreams.

And...you get to have a lot of fun with this one.

Put everything you need to in there in order to inspire you to continue to work hard.

The point here is this - make something for yourself that you can look through every morning that will remind you what you are up to in this life.

When you go through this process every single day, those dreams that you are chasing seem to be more real and become a part of you.

You are building in not only skills...but belief system.

Belief in yourself and everything you are chasing after.

Engage in this practice...it will make a big difference in your mindset, especially in the morning.

Dive right in.
