Start the day

By Ben Flaurine

Let us begin the day right!

The start of every day is just a vital. It sets the tone for the remainder of the afternoon.

2. Start your alarm clock and move it far away from yourself

1. Take deep breaths

Let us take it slow - to start the day you will need to get up and take deep breathes.

3. Work out

2. Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room

Productivity and exercise goes hand in hand.

Your entire day will be half - assed and slow if you usually do not, and more excuses will be found by you than reasons to have moving.

It was simple. I simply placed my alarm clock on another room. This alarm clock is very loud, so it forces me to wake up and move into the other room. As I wake up I am grateful for waking up, and I take deep breathes in from my nose and out of my mouth. I prepared my gym clothes next to my bed, and as I did that I was already ready to go to the gym.

Who the hell really wants to get up by an alarm clock anyways?

Getting out of bed early used to be impossible!

Listen to educational audio related to your niche once you get up. This sound was per-meditated, meaning it really is not regurgitated garbage!

How was I able to do this?

How did I really do this?

Simple. Set your alarm clock in the other room or on the other side of your room. Simply take deep breathes and just before sleeping, put work out clothes close to your bed!

6. Goal and/or To-Do List

If you get up and look at your electronic mail or Facebook, you are screwing yourself.

This is the dumbest sh*t you can certainly do in the morning.

Pay attention to educational audio linked to your niche once you get up. This sound was per-meditated, meaning it really is perhaps not regurgitated garbage!

There is always something we dread throughout the day. Toughen up and get that done first. From my experience, I procrastinate too much - and if I have a daunting target, I will just put it off. 'Get-er done!

5. Quality Break fast

Meditation makes it possible to focus and get clear about your goals.

9. Meditate

Maybe your in to affirmations or incantations (which are awesome.) Unless you do this - simply put a smile on your face and be grateful for the day! It's going to release those "feel-good" substances in the human brain!

Meditation can help you focus and get clear about your goals.

Your list may be overwhelming you. Limit your list into smaller tasks and complete them.

Maybe your into affirmations or incantations (which are wonderful.) Unless you do this - just be glad for the afternoon and put a smile on your own face! It's going to release those "feel-good" compounds in the human brain!
