You have to really want it more than you are terrified of it not happening.
Each and every day, day, we have occasions to grow, change, and rise to the challenge in life. What may just seem like another day is actually an opportunity to do something superb. True, almost all of the days we have may begin as standard, but our plans that we have for ourselves, if implemented, can actually turn something lackluster into something, well, incredible. It takes effort. Lots and lots of effort. Everything in the world will be pushing you to just stay the same. Because that's where the great majority of us are. We are living in the middle. Not in the sense of classes etc, but in the sense of what we do with ourselves. When we start moving towards the edge, that's when things become exciting. However , simultaneously, that's when the uncertainty of the future becomes greater and bigger. You have got to decide for yourself if you're okay living in a land of doubt and yet be committed to total belief in what you're actually doing. Trust me, it's difficult.
Call it the universe, call it God, call it whatever it is you want to call it, but the fact is the same. You are here for a reason and you have talents that must be drilled into talents. What ends up going down though is that we worry too much about what other folks think and we begin to worry that what we do isn't going to happen for one reason or another.
Much of the time, great ideas die with the people that they live in. Lots of people take their dreams to the grave and never see them through because they're just too afraid. Fear is the primary killer of dreams. This could be fear of failing, fear of opinions, fear of ridicule...nevertheless, fear drives one to shrink in the break they have.
It would be foolish for me to claim to not be afraid. Any individual that says that they don't get scared should possibly consult a doctor. It's what you do after being fearful that counts. Here's where true courage comes in. Courage is that insane 20 seconds after being deathly afraid where true magic happens. It's completely fine to be scared, but like I have said before, you've got to reall want it more than you are alarmed of it. You have got to decide that it's what you really want and then be white-hot and dedicated to it. Without that call to rise to the challenge, you will truly flounder backwards and forwards for perpetuity. Decide.
Be driven by everything and everyone letting you know...no. Make that your fuel. Be careful not to let it bring you down. Let it incentivize you to keep going. The people that make the most important difference in this world are those who do not let the external world effect their souls belief in their dreams. Protect your dreams with dragons, guards, and trolls. Do whatever you can to keep them safe and nurture that belief. Honestly, you would be stunned by how easy it is to let a voice or an opinion dig its way into your cavern and then slowly burn everything in the house. Only let people and words that continue your communicable belief in your purpose enter into your heart.
