Reaching your limit is fine but I don't know if I can fully recommend that you go beyond your capacity for physical exertion. You're going to want to exercise in a way that both the upper and lower halves of your body are helped. If you can keep these kinds of traits in mind, then you may find yourself able to compete in rigorous events such as Spartan Race.

When going about this training, the upper and lower halves of one's form should be worked out but on different ways. You're going to want to schedule different days to work out certain areas, like arms one day and legs the next. This formula is useful since you have the chance to work out in different ways without putting more tension on body parts that are sore. Keep in mind that the point of careful exertion is shown in this step as well.

Recovery is perhaps one of the most vital aspects to consider when you decide to exercise. It's important to keep in shape but what's also important is looking at your schedule and making certain that there are off days when you don't work out to those kinds of degrees. It's okay to have a number of off days where you don't have to worry about keeping up with a regimen you may have set for yourself.
